After completing his undergraduate studies in Industrial Design, Aaron worked for a number of furniture manufacturers and consulting firms. In 2009, he established his design studio, Intersection.
Intersection is an interdisciplinary design studio that brings together a collective of designers, researchers and architects. The studio works on projects that vary in scale; from medical products, to furniture, to the built environment, to social initiatives. From its inception, Intersection has endeavored to create a dynamic, synergetic environment, where people enthusiastically delve into projects that encourage the essential discourse between culture and science through a design medium.
Aaron’s design work has received numerous annual awards such as Best of Neocon and Best of Interior Design, as well as being featured in publications such as Azure,Metropolis, Contract, The Globe and Mail, and Interior Design. Most importantly, Aaron has been able to establish successful, collaborative relationships with some of the most prominent, design conscious manufacturers in North America.
